RETURN POLICY

You have the right to return your order (or part of it) within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason, as long as the product is still in its original, factory-sealed condition (additional exclusions may apply).

The return period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party you designate, excluding the carrier) receive the product. If your order contains multiple items with different delivery dates, the return period ends 14 days after you receive the last item.

Please note: You are responsible for any reduction in product value due to handling or use beyond what is necessary to check the product’s functionality and condition. Additionally, any free items included in your order must also be returned. If not, their value (based on their retail price) will be deducted from your refund.

Alternatively, you can use our withdrawal form to return the product(s). Please be aware that return shipping costs will not be reimbursed if the return is made without prior notification.

EXCLUSIONS

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products with broken original seals.
  • Products returned after the return period has expired.
  • Vaporizers or pipes that have been unsealed (due to health and hygiene reasons).
  • Vaporizers returned partially under guarantee (all components in the original packaging must be returned).
  • Perishable items.

REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive your return, any payments made (including shipping fees) will be refunded within 14 days. If you return the product without prior notification, please note that shipping costs will not be refunded. We may also request a tracking number to verify the return before processing the refund.

Refunds will be issued based on your original payment method:

  • Bank Transfer – Refunded via bank transfer
  • Credit Card – Refunded to the credit card (or via bank transfer if more than 30 days have passed since the original payment)
  • Bitcoin – Refunded via bank transfer
